Munchies Factory
Three executive roles, one operator — systems, activations, and content under one roof.
What I did here.
Started as a part-time event coordinator, now hold three executive roles: Operations & Project Manager, Director of Events & Brand Activations, and Creative Content Producer. I built the brand's operational backbone, launched the Munchies Bodega activation across NY, NJ and CA, and run Munchies Street Talks end to end.
The trade show build, from packaging concept to live floor.
I built the Munchies Bodega from the packaging up — a storefront the NY market already recognized, debuting at Hall of Flowers. A QR capture flow collected 1,000+ buyer contacts across three NY shows, converting into 100+ stores now carrying Munchies, with NJ expansion in motion.

Munchies Street Talks — built from scratch, on camera and in the edit.
A social-first spin-off of our west coast Munchies Talks podcast. I run it end to end — concept, script, shot list, host, director, editor — with every cut driven by platform research on what's performing and which hooks convert.
The rest of the social slate — recaps, drops, and collection launches.
Beyond the series, I produce the brand's wider social slate — event recaps and campaign films — concept through edit, all backed by the same platform research that drives Street Talks.
Pop-ups that turn shelf space into sell-through.
I curate the strategy behind every Munchies pop-up — which stores we hit, when, how the table reads, and what the ambassador says at the counter — then run it end to end across the dispensaries that carry us. They drive same-day sales and show retail partners real brand support. I read sales by store and feed that into where we go next. I also personally source and design all internal team merch, so the crew working the floor is part of the brand look.
- —Pop-up strategy — store selection, calendar, and sell-through targets by market
- —Store scheduling, permitting, and day-of run of show
- —Ambassador staffing, briefing, and sell-through talk track
- —Merchandising kit, samples, and branded giveaways
- —Internal team merch — sourced, designed, and produced in-house by me
- —Post-pop-up sales read by store to prioritize the next visit
Budtender education video.
A training film I produced for budtenders selling Munchies in-store — product knowledge, positioning, and the sell-through talk track retail staff use at the counter. It's actively in use as internal brand collateral, so it isn't published here.

- 01Build a recognizable regional presence across NY, NJ and CA through repeatable activations.
- 02Replace spreadsheets with scalable internal data systems.
- 03Turn trade-show traffic into a clean B2B retail and distributor pipeline.
- 04Extend the live footprint into owned social content that runs year-round.
How it actually got built.
- Step 01Discovery & systems audit
Mapped operational gaps across R&D, inventory, lead routing, and event logistics, then built a tracking spec for Product, Sales, Events, and Marketing.
- Step 02Custom data infrastructure
Built and maintain 23 proprietary data systems — the brand's central nervous system — covering R&D, inventory, lead gen, event props, budgets, and tracking.
- Step 03Activation design & execution
Created the Munchies Bodega mobile activation and run it end to end across Hall of Flowers, Flower Expo, MJ Unpacked, and Revelry.
- Step 04Lead-gen pipeline
Designed QR + Google Form capture flows and owned the backend data, turning booth traffic into a segmented B2B contact database.
- Step 05Operational SOPs
Instituted a 21-day activation window and shifted procurement to wholesale bulk, cutting cost-per-unit ~20–30% and eliminating rush shipping.
- Step 06Social content engine
Created Munchies Street Talks — concept, script, direction, and edit — as a social-first digital series.
